At Ashya, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy provides the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned if they meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Care@ashya.com with your order details.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • For returns caused by our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • Follow the same process as initiating a return to request an exchange.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 3-7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
